Located in the De Freville conservation area the Street frontage was a key consideration. CDC introduced two sympathetic,  mini pitched dormers to the new loft floor with replacement double glazed timber sash windows to the first floor elevations. New pointing, flashings and guttering were included in the renovations.

CDC offered a natural palette of materials encouraging the use of Cambridge Whites as an internal finish these are complimented with visible Douglas Fir joists treated with a light white wash and Troldekt acoustic material between joists to dampen reverberation within the room offsetting the hard surfaces within the spaces.
